Those of you who watched Geshe Tashi’s very special Sunday class yesterday will know that Geshe la suggested we recite the Chenrizig mantra for His Holiness’s birthday this year.
Today Geshe Tashi forwarded us this video from His Holiness the Dalai Lama, which has just been released by His Holiness’s Office. In it, His Holiness explains why the best birthday present for him would be to recite the Chenrezig mantra. He explains his connection to Chenrizig on many levels, and how best to recite the mantras.
